Terms of Use
These Terms of Use explain how you may use peel-ed. They apply together with Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
1. Apple standard EULA
peel-ed uses Apple's standard EULA for apps distributed through the App Store. You can read it here: Apple Standard EULA. If these Terms conflict with Apple's standard EULA, Apple's standard EULA controls where required.
2. What peel-ed provides
peel-ed helps you create text summaries from public YouTube videos, channels, and playlists that you provide or save in the app. peel-ed is a productivity tool for personal reading and organization.
3. YouTube content
YouTube content remains owned and controlled by YouTube and the relevant content owners. peel-ed does not download, save, convert, or redistribute YouTube audio or video. Video playback remains with YouTube. You are responsible for using YouTube content in a way that respects YouTube's rules and third-party rights.
Features that interact with YouTube content are also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, the Google Privacy Policy, and applicable YouTube API Services terms.
4. Subscriptions
peel-ed offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions through the App Store. Premium is available monthly or yearly and includes 7 Feed channels and 5 Express videos per day. Ultra is available monthly or yearly and includes 20 Feed channels and 15 Express videos per day. Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by country or region.
- Premium Monthly renews every month.
- Ultra Monthly renews every month.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Apple handles payment and billing.
5. Acceptable use
- Use peel-ed only for lawful purposes and personal productivity.
- Do not use peel-ed to infringe third-party rights or bypass access restrictions.
- Do not abuse, overload, disrupt, or attempt to reverse engineer the service.
- Do not submit content you are not allowed to use.
6. Availability
We work to keep peel-ed reliable, but the service may be temporarily unavailable, delayed, or limited. Summaries may occasionally be incomplete or unavailable.
7. No professional advice
Summaries are generated for convenience and may contain mistakes. They are not legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.
8. Changes and contact
